Dr. Laura Townshend, is the owner of South Hall Veterinary Hospital.  She graduated from Purdue University after attending the University of Georgia and University of Maryland.  Dr. Townshend and her husband have two sons, a dog and a snake.  Her dog, Maserati,  is an Italian Spinone that she enters in dog shows.

Dr. Kim Hankamer graduated from the University of Florida.  She is married and has a dog and fish! Her hobbies are boating, reading and traveling.   Dr. Hankamer also worked toward a Masters in Opthalmology.

Our Veterinary Receptionists are ther bright smiling faces you see up front and hear on the phone. The Veterinary Technicians are the vet’s assistants. You will meet them in the exam rooms and often speak with them on the phone for updates on your pet. The kennel staff does a wonderful job caring for all the pets in the hospital and kennel, as well as bing our bathers and assistants. We have two great professional groomers! They can do some pretty amazing makeovers with their clippers and scissors!
